Promotion Terms and Conditions

Validity of Promotions

  • Promotions are only valid during the specified promotion period. The moment you place your order is leading.
  • Promotional benefits, such as discounts, free products, or store credit, cannot be applied retroactively to previous or completed orders.
  • Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
  • Promotions are only valid on the HomeWizard website, in the languages in which the promotion is communicated.
  • Promotions apply exclusively to consumers.

Free Products

  • Promotions with a free product are valid while supplies last.
  • For promotions with a minimum order value, this is calculated after any discounts are applied and excludes shipping costs, unless stated otherwise. Amounts from multiple orders cannot be combined to meet the promotion conditions.
  • A free product is only provided if it is visible in your shopping cart before you place your order. You can find this afterward in your order confirmation and on the invoice.
  • If it is possible to remove a free product from your shopping cart, this does not entitle you to a replacement product or an alternative discount.
  • If you return an order, any free product received must also be returned. Did you buy a product with a discount? Then we will deduct the discount received from the refunded amount.

Store Credit

With some promotions, you will receive store credit via a personal link. If you open this link, the store credit is automatically applied to your shopping cart.

  • Store credit can be used for a single order. If you do not use the full amount, the remaining store credit expires once the order is placed.
  • Store credit cannot be used to pay for Energy+ and shipping costs.
  • Store credit has limited validity. This begins the moment the store credit is issued. The validity period is communicated on the relevant promotion page.
  • If you return an order that was (partially) paid for with store credit, we will refund the amount you paid after deducting the used store credit. The used store credit will be reactivated.

Partner Promotions

We organize some promotions together with external partners. For these promotions, the terms of the respective partner also apply in addition to HomeWizard’s promotion terms. You can find these additional terms on the website or promotion page of the partner.

  • HomeWizard is responsible for discounts on HomeWizard products applied through the HomeWizard website.
  • The partner is responsible for additional benefits, such as battery bonuses, cashbacks, or welcome benefits, and for their award and processing.
  • Do you have a question about a partner benefit? Please contact the respective partner.
  • If there is a discrepancy between these promotion terms and the partner’s terms, the partner’s terms will apply to the benefits offered by the partner.

Other Terms and Conditions

  • The details of a promotion are fixed. Free products, discounts, or other promotion benefits cannot be exchanged for an alternative product, a different discount, or a refund.
  • HomeWizard reserves the right to change promotions, end them early, or declare them invalid at any time in case of misuse or improper use.
  • Do additional or different terms apply to a promotion? Then these take precedence over the general promotion terms.
